We deliver to Ireland, Northern Ireland and the Mainland UK (excluding the Scottish Highlands & Islands).
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
At the moment we are just supplying Ireland and the UK but we hope to launch into mainland Europe in 2022

We deliver to UK customers on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday with cut off
HOW DOES YOUR PRICING WORK?
We work on a tiered pricing system for our trade customers based on a rolling 3 month average spend. This is really important to us as we want to try to reward customers who buy from us regularly rather than just at peaks. Our business needs regular weekly orders to keep staff and crops moving along.
Bronze- occasional purchasing
Silver- €250/month minimum spend
Gold - €450/month minimum spend
I HAVE A WEDDING ON SATURDAY, WHAT DAY SHOULD I ORDER THE GARLANDS TO BE DELIVERED ON?
If your event is on a Saturday I would recommend ordering the garlands for Thursday delivery. This allows you a day leeway should there be a hold up with the courier company. Our garlands and foliage are made/cut fresh for your order and kept moist within their delivery boxes so there is no need to panic if they are held at the depot for an extra day, they will still be fresh.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS DAMAGED BY THE COURIER?
While this doesn’t happen often, we know there is a chance it can happen. Please make sure to photograph any damage to the boxes/products and send them to us. We must have photos to file a claim with the courier company.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY DELIVERY ARRIVES AND IS DISCOLOURED/DRIED/NOT RIGHT?
Again, this doesn’t happen often but if your order arrives and you are unhappy for any reason please provide us with photos within 24 hours of the delivery arriving and we will refund or send a replacement straight away. We must receive photos within the 24 hour window or you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
HELP! I NEED A DELIVERY ASAP AND HAVE MISSED THE CUT OFF FOR DELIVERY!

DO YOU OFFER SAMPLES?
We don’t offer samples however you can order a mixed box of different foliage to get a feel for each of them.
